At Jewelry Deals, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item if:

• It is unused and in original condition

• It is returned within 30 days of delivery

• It is in its original packaging (including the gift box)

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@jewelrydeals.com with the following:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for return

Our team will provide return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will replace or refund it at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
